Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and the fulfilment partner.

Delivery Within India
Fitme4u currently delivers to serviceable locations across India. Estimated delivery time is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch. Certain remote locations or products may require additional time.

Shipping Charges
A standard shipping charge of ₹79 applies to eligible orders. Any different, discounted, or promotional shipping charge will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

Multiple Shipments
Some products may be fulfilled from different suppliers or warehouses. Therefore, items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages or on different dates.

Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information after the order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, remote locations, high order volumes, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact number. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.

Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is marked delivered but has not been received, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photographs or information so we can investigate.

Fitme4u currently ships within India only. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
